From the ECNC website:

"Attention Shareholders: eConnect is in the process of compiling audited information on Top Sports from Dominican Republic auditors for inclusion in the form 10-KSB and will be filing shortly after March 31."

Manana's a way of life in the Caribbean and maybe it's just sloth by the auditors, but can't ECNC force it's subsidiary to give it the numbers?

OR, does eConnect Caribbean truly consider itself a "former subsidiary" that can tell ECNC to go scratch?

I guess we'll just have to wait until the beginning of next month. However, I remember that a 10Q or 10K was late before because Powerclick wouldn't give ECNC the numbers and that was the first indication of ECNC's trouble with Powerclick.

Is history repeating itself? Stay tuned! What a stock! ... eom
