the form 15 is for moving to pinks and you still have to file the pinks lawyer letters and quarterly reports on the upper line.
Just no as formal as the SEC reports for OTCBB market.
If a company does not file anything for updates within two years or so and the SEC gets a complaint they will stop trading till they make a determination.
They have done this several times this year and QTEK is a perfect example of that.
No good to have money in an account that you can not sell the share son Grey.

read the qtek board and you will see that when they move from trips to .022 pennies the sec gets a phone call for sure.
