So you are asking for a reverse split to increase the number IFAD both authorized and outstanding shares of say 20 to 1? We are not prepared for a reverse split we do not feel its fair to the shareholders.

That's an illusion... Most of pinksheets stocks live only through dilution

How do you think could many survive issuing shares at 0.05 ? It's not AAPL, insiders have to dump at the lower possible price ie 0.0001 still having a gain..

At current dilution rate it's a miracle that PPS will recover to 0.003..
