The regulators aren't happy about OTC stocks. There's way too much fraud involved. Too much for them to handle, unfortunately.
I agree, and have been thinking for a couple of days now that these 15 or so that were suspended on Monday are the first round of much more suspensions and reviews of pink stocks by the SEC.
Rightly so, when you look at all the fake promos going on,market manipulation ,AND THE TRANSFER OF WEALTH taking place due to phony tactics.
Out of the 15, i hope KMAG gets the "no action" signal and all is well.Timw will tell.
