#4550 RE: skitahoe #4548

skitahoe, I proved I was right with incontrovertible, undeniable facts to support my views and position. The fact that the Judge refused to address the concerns disclosed in my letters does not mean that my letter have no merit, especially when they were based on proven and provable facts.

Making false statements in official legal documents under oath, is a crime. The Judge refused to address the issues and neglected the evidence.

Before you even try to link what I was stating in my previous posts with what CDEX did or does, let me make sure you understand that I am talking about the Derivative Action, the Class Action and the Settlement Agreement, none of which have anything to do with CDEX. Well, let me rephrase that, nothing to do with CDEX, officially.

Extraofficially, I believe CDEX was behind each and every move that was done with the legal actions, and seemed to have been very active behind the scenes. One of the most convincing proof of my position is the fact that all that the legal action dis was consolidate MP's total control and power, and benefitted exclusively management, insiders and Private Investors.

I can never buy the lie that the PP investors saved CDEX from failing. CDEX should have filed for registration right after the Asset Purchase Agreement, as MP actually promised to do, and once on the market, look for the traditional, just and fair financing of its operations, involving its shareholders from the very start. Yet, as I have stated many times before, shareholders have never been of any use for CDEX, to the contrary, we have been and continue to be an unavoidable evil in the plans of CDEX.

The time may come when we will all see in official public documents the lies that were used to lure Private Placement shareholders into investing money, and all the maneuvers that took place afterwards to prevent them to sue and make them happy again through the Grey Market trading and the scandalous discount they were buying their shares that were quickly registered and made tradable.

All the while ex Loch shareholders were being served a carrot or a bone every once in a while to keep us both disoriented and divided.

My actions are easy to understand: I want justice for all ex Loch shareholders, even when most of them are fighting me because of the lies they have been fed with that I want CDEX to fail. Lies that have been told and repeated so many times by interested parties, that many can't tell the difference anymore. That may explain the relentless persecution against me and the web site that brings all these truths to the surface.
