I hope that you know how seriously is the SEC Suspension. No games here. Stock will not be traded for the next 10 days and back to "GREY" after 4 days. So if the Management can not demonstrate prove to the SEC Attorney they will get delisted. Period.

If they can demonstrate to the SEC that "they" did wrong KMAG need to find a MM to get a BID/ASK quote to be back again on the Pink and this can a difficult issue.

So dream on with you "prognostic". Check first a view "suspended" Stock. I was invested in one who got suspended and back to grey and finally delisted and i lost a view bucks at 100%. But that's the investment world if you traded with Pinks.
