No big deal...but I hope we did not lose you! HISC is the real deal and I am expecting a PR either confirming the filing tomorrow or some very in depth explanation of why the filing has not occurred....but either way I can guarantee you that I will be on the phone with someone high up in the company (like Frank Moody, Adam Clough, etc.) tomorrow if there is no filing!
Maybe I will see some of you guys/gals at the shareholders meeting in Atlanta, hopefully including you Skywalkin
P.S. Start collecting your questions now and let me know so I can get us all definitive answers on Oct. 22nd.

Why the filing delay?
Share counts of offficers?
Definitive outstanding share counts/float? (these first 3 if not answered in filing)
Will we meet/exceed sales goals?
When will products/orders be shipped?
How does share structure work? (preferred series B and C shares from document)
How and when can preferred shares be converted?
With preferred shares what is total outstanding?
What effect will conversion have on retail share price?
Will we acquire or be acquired by another company?
