Yes markets are forward thinking when there are solid fundamentals in place. There are zero fundamentals in this stock only hype and "what Brian said".
You can't place value on something that has no benchmarks. There are no standards in place therefore it is a speculative play. There is never a bad time to shore up a company's financials and reporting process. Doing so takes the company out of the gray and makes it easier to raise real investment capital. Disclosure is everything without it there is nothing to protect shareholders.
