Don't believe for a minute that Sillerman and Co. have any interests in holding a penny stock on an OTC exchange for two years awaiting leasing revenue. If you look at the past eight reverse IPO's by this group, all were rocket ship rides raising immediate returns for the players. First in, first out.

Plus, they've already got two fully leased properties with current cash flow. Harmon and Wyndham.
