Come on guys, it seems definitely a done deal. Awaiting government approvals of one, two or more involved state owned HUGE chinese companies in my opinion. No matter if we see the PR on Tuesday after labour day or the week after. It will not be a small or medium sized bomb, more of an atomic character :-)
