That's a very nice theory but unfortunately does not hold any water.
You're right about one thing and that is that MSX has to be very careful on how they put out news and that is exactly why they have to put out the TRUTH! Let me give you an example because I lived it for many years.... MSX puts out that JL purports to own title....ect on SEDAR. This would tell an investor in MSX that JL does not have title yet...agree? OK, I as an investor panic and sell all my shares and lose my shirt based on that information.....I find out later that at the time they put this out that JL DID have title but they were just being "careful"....guess what....MSX could be libel for all my losses because I based my investment decision on blatant false information.There is no wiggle room here. Either MSX is lying or JL is lying...PERIOD! My safe guess is the JL does not have title as everything points to that. This really is getting interesting.
You say that "obviously they cannot say anything until court matters are taken care of in Chile". What in the heck does that have to do with the title that JL has claimed to have for a very long time?
