Oh, BTW....where did the name 'Montague' as in 'Montague Holdings' have its roots and what is the significance of the choice of name to MIHL?

1. What name DID they incorporate under in Colorado? Montague Investment Bank Ltd.

2. Morgan Stanley has a website www.morganstanley.com/
Fidelity has a website https://www.fidelity.com/

What is the website for 'The Montague Investment Bank Ltd' ? They do not have a website at this time.

3. Are Morgan Stanley and Fidelity also 'venture capital firms' ? Yes, they are in that: 1. They provide angel capital to some start-up firms or have subsidiaries that do 2. They assist in M&A and 3. They assist companies going public. Montague Investment Bank goal is the same.

4. Even private companies list their principals so who are they?. I am not at liberty to disclose any principals of that company since I am not a member of that companies management and do not have their permission to do so. Initially we intended to use that firm as our vehicle and to send it public in the United States however, we had decided against the idea. Since that time the company was purchased and taken over by a major Russian Commercial Bank which decided to keep the name.

I would like to again emphasise the following:

a. No funding had been received from Montague Investment Bank.
b. There is no cross pollination between either management or ownership between the two companies.
c. As you can see from the shareholder list they do not own any of our stock nor do we own any of theirs.
d. There are no financial dealings between our companies.
e. Since the Russian Bank will act as the servicing agent for the possible lease of the rail cars to the Russian Railways System it is considering financing the deal however no commitment had been received and we will probably go our own way to raise the funds.

Checking with the Colorado Secretary of State I do indeed find Montague Investment Bank Ltd. but I also find Montague INTERNATIONAL Investment Bank Ltd. Both were registered on the same about 20 minutes apart.
Both are INDEED cross-pollinated with MIHL.
Both are ACTIVE and not purchased by anyone RUSSIAN or otherwise.
The pic below says it all especially to those familiar with the information and connections garnered so far.
These findings require a VERY credible explanation.
On one hand people are criticizing someone who mentions a Russian connection, yet when anything needs further explaining it gets swept under the rug as a mysterious RUSSIAN Railroad deal or a RUSSIAN Commercial Bank. You can't have it both ways.-TB
