No...you misread it . It said "Every contract is through Bebida". That meant every contract having to do with Koma brand is through Bebida. 100%.

DLR is just the licensing/trademark company only when it comes to Bebida/Bebevco. I agree that DLR owns 70% of the "Potencia brand", and Bebida owns 30% of the "Potencia products."
But DLR has nothing to to with sales, marketing, ownership, etc.,of any Koma Unwind products or brand. Only the tradmarking.
