Lets all put this in proper perspective.

The articles were clearly written with bias against the disposal well, the experts quoted were those of the protesters so what did you expect them to say, and most importantly no where in the articles does it state that CAVU has not met its requirements. IMO this is a done deal as by the current regulations each protestor will be required to be represented by counsel to be heard and there is no way that many of them will spend the dough.
