I have only a "wait and see" attitude toward the CC. I, and probably various others, had asked Shiva to hold a CC and bring us up to date. On the other hand it could be that daily calls from Jsteel was the straw that broke the camel's back and Shivai has decided to announce he is stepping down:) We shall see tomorrow. Your guess is as good as mine as to why Shiva seeks some degree of confidentiality. I hope he sought legal guidance on this mater.
