i think it can as long as the SWD is up and running. it will get open as long as they have all paper work right.its in OK. very oil friendly state.and ther not new wells. protesters cant stop nothing

No, because I don't know how to value a company that is splitting off assests from last year into another company until its a solid filing of what is spun off (they can't even use CVE because that symbol is already used by another company).
