10bil don't make you nervous kewl, what does the outstanding shares that was 342,802,772million a/o March 31, 2012 that went to 8,147,341,272 billion o/s on or about Apr 11,2012 along with the a/s from 750mil to 10 billion .MMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmm!
