well the SEC issue has been addressed more than once here. He didn't disclose the $$ amount he was paid for a promo in a magazine just that he may be compensated and got slapped on the wrist and has had no other issues in the last 15 years. yawn. The child support frankly has nothing to do with the company and is no one's business but like I stated before without knowing the specifics of the case you shouldn't throw stones as I have known the gov't to go after people who didn't deserve it. But if you are really so morally concerned that you think it will negatively affect his ability to make a profit, which is all you should worry about as an investor, sell please.
