Always many exceptions , but within the pharma & medical companies I've worked for over 20 years. Likely adapt a current technology to meet their needs. Very similar to the software they use for call management.....they do not develop it, they purchase it & adapt it. These companies mostly have their major business to do, not develop anti texting technology.... Pretty obvious to me. Your entitled to your opinion.
