captainslog: I don't think the problem is in what you are saying. In fact I agree that they shouldn't have made that statement, unless it was a certainty that they could produce. IMO, the problem is your ad nauseam repetion of your opinion.
Get a hold of yourself. IDCC WILL announce two or more 3G licenses on or before September 30th. That is guaranteed. IDCC has re-iterated that a few times since Rich Fagan first stated it on the conference call. And Merritt isn't stupid enough to make the same mistake twice. Also, neither one will be of the Hop-On or Danger variety, IMO.
