12 cents would be a 50% retracement of the last high / low but imo this bounce will probably go to 13. This move imo is purely technical and is in reponse to a short term oversold condition. I am interested to see how far this pop can go and if there is any financing announced within the next few days. Imo they will have a hard time enticing any of the friendlies this time unless they are willing to give them shares at a healthy premium.
