if we have heard on b2 why havn't we on 3-4

Because Equator was only involved with JDZ-2 and has no other business with Sinopec.

If Sinopec is still remaining active in JDZ 3 & 4 then they are still the operator and still in control of the news releases.

ERHC affiliate Chrome also does much business with Addax, so ERHC would still only release news approved by Sinopec when Sinopec approves that. You don't bite the hand that feeds you.

So I don't think this annual report from Equator reflects on ERHC, as far as info flow. I doubt the companies all coordinate their reports and press releases. Sometimes ERHC is first, sometimes not. There is no contest to be first and there is an ongoing relationship with Sinopec for ERHC.

ERHC also has interest in 6 blocks in the JDZ, strong interest in remaining cooperative and compliant with the JDA, Sinopec and its subsidiary Addax.

I know some would like daily updates and trading tips from ERHC to guide their trading, but this is not how a public company operates. They issue news releases to the general public when appropriate.

I'm also not convinced the news for the JDZ is final until I see the announcement. It is a more complex announcement for ERHC as they have six JDZ blocks and are not relinquishing them like Equator. Three are active, with one of those likely having lost its operator, but still active for ERHC.
