Ghors: Is today's filing 'proposed?' It has the judge's signature on the top page (but not in the signature block at the bottom).

Interesting to note that one of the documents IDCC filed was a the Witness Statement of Ilkka Rahnasto, who, as I recall, is Nokia's lead in-house attorney. Hopefully, IDCC has included his statement because he has declared something that IDCC will be able to use against Nokia.

Does if make you nervous that IDCC keeps hiding these documents from the public? Its almost like they really don't have the goods that they claim. As a David fighting Goliath, one would think that they should publicize their story to the max.
