If I was running this company, I would up done the dilution pr, followed by the Russian contract pr.

I mean, who gives a flip about that contract with another billion shares staring us in the face? If the billion share probable dilution pr had come first, maybe the Russian contract pr might of stabilized things some. What's here to stabilize things now?

Maybe there's another contract that we will find out about in a day or to offset the probable massive dilution that will be taking place over the summer. Summer's actually a lousy time to dilute, btw.
