I looked it up on the SEC website and they show a timetable and from that it looks like 3-4 months after the filing of the S-1 to the effective date, then it looks like 25 days after that.

But what do I know .... :)

Check it out !!

I think KATX and Kat Gold Holdings have a great team working on it.

So it could be sooner and then 25 days.
