Looking at the 15-Minute price chart, I also saw a signal to buy at around $0.24 with the chart being Oversold. However, since that chart provides short-term signals and the longer term signal on the daily chart is not yet Oversold, I elected not to take that signal until the Daily, Hourly, and 15-Minute chart are all in sync that an Oversold condition does exist. As you can see the from current 15-Minute chart (link below), the Market is now Overbought and that signals has pretty much played itself out.
