Question..Was your "anticipation" based on Legal Input received by you..or the product of your " Life Experience"? TIA

Never mind..I just reviewed your latter post.."The N. Y. Court will render a decision based on a prior ruling that was subsequently reversed by the U.S. Supreme Court"..You have to be Jesting.!


I "anticipate" Nokia will settle because NOK has something to lose in the appeal process and NOK does not want IDCC to appeal. NOK will call it a "win". You and I will call it a win for IDCC.
That $40 million is very important to NOK but not to us. I think it is a matter of pride.
