Here is what I got from Steve. (pretty much same)

Negotiations are done and CHRI has put an offer on the table for HBRM to look at and hopefully accept. He said he told CHRI to issue a PR to announce Q numbers as well as status of deal. I have not been able to confirm this with HBRM yet.
