The Wamu War is basically lost. They put us on a reservation with no water, trees, good soil or any real way to grow and build. We were sold out to end the case.

Susman made millions, Willingham gets paid a ton... everybody won in this case except the common and preferred shareholders. Slowly, but surely, the pps will drift down to nothing. Years will go by, more and more shareholders will walk away and move on...

I knew the instant we started trading on the Pinks we were toast. If the BOD was serious about shareholder value, they would have never let this trade until there was a real valuation. It's utter nonsense they couldn't have stopped it from trading. They weren't paying attention and weren't doing their jobs. Simple as that.

Warren Buffet says buy when everyone else is selling and sell when everyone else is buying, and he's doing pretty well. He also made another good point:
He said when shoes go on sale, everyone runs out the door to get some shoes. But when stocks go on sale, people go the other way....obviously alluding to the fact that the pattern doesn't make sense.

We may get burned on this, and I was wanting it so bad I was nearly depending on it. But that doesn't mean I will start following the herd. On the other hand, if something seems too good to be true...well, you know.
