I knew the instant we started trading on the Pinks we were toast. If the BOD was serious about shareholder value, they would have never let this trade until there was a real valuation. It's utter nonsense they couldn't have stopped it from trading. They weren't paying attention and weren't doing their jobs. Simple as that.
