They have no financials and nobody will audit them. Peter does not pay his debts and Scott is stuck with a photographer who shoots on a cannon. Revue this again.....they owe $100k. They comingled all assets(not that they have any). The total value of equipment is $10k tops. The B roll they are shooting is crap. They pay $4,200 @ month in rent and the lease will be over before they put out any product. Who will buy stock on a company that has a TAX LIEN? Or did they not disclose this...
