This "upward" trend is happening despite the fact that there is no public information to have caused it, which is only one of the reasons the trading activity looks suspicious.
Val Westergard started changing the website after the CE warning, which was wise because it was virtually all fiction. However he needs to remove the new fiction and remaining old fiction.
The financial and disclosure statements he has issued in the past were bogus. Hopefully the CE warning will cause him to rethink that practice as, in combination with suspicious trading activity, the SEC is more likely to review them for evidence of fraud.
