My reference to toilet paper shares as payment was certificate/preferred shares, not common crap.

Since PHAR has gone dark and gives zero filings, financials and cant even find the CEO, who knows what is being dumped, no clue of float, no clue a/s or o/s.
Dont think for a minute if this dies for sure and doesnt rise from the dead, that HOWARD is just hangin on to shares that will be worthless.
