Now my question is...

Acquisition 1 failed which they funded from diluted shares. You would think the funds would automatically go towards acquisition 2.

Acquisition 2 (possibly failed)(TBD) they further diluted to fund this acquisition. If it fails....WHERE THE HELL IS OUR MONEY GOING?

I agree. People tend to lash out blindly but nobody could make up the scenario of the ca 20 update emails and their contents -which describe real world situations-its called Murphys law.
Scams are just the opposite -they have everything going "smooth". Besides whats in it for insiders-most they could have diluted at .0001 was $125k -there are much easier ways to scam.

They obviously are trying to bite off more than they might possibly be able to chew-a small co trying to acquire a much larger co-and by a highly leveraged debt bank financing -which is a lot more complicated than their 1st 2 acquisitions- where they simply dumped 250m and 400m shares in a day or so to equity finance (when pps was higher).

Another reason they are looking to grow via acquisitions-esp outside Japan- is that Japan-even their pop is contracting.
128 million people crammed into an area of 145,925 sq miles-smaller than Montana's 147,042 sq miles and Calif's ca 155k sq miles.

In such a scenario Japans success depended on an imperialist economy-acquiring vast amounts of raw resources from distant sources(since Japan has very little domestically)-thus reason for Japans attack on U.S to have access to those raw materials-just as China is doing today.

And Japans younger gen are just not having children -so pop is contracting and is expected to fall to ca 75 million.
