Sonic: We are waiting on a new scheduling order so that the parties can comply with a prior court scheduling order that was largely dependant on the date of the Markman decision. Now that the Markman results are in I believe the court will change the trial date until Jan or Feb 2006.

The new scheduling order will grant up to 60 days to complete discovery. Also, the court still has to rule of the MSJ filed by LU. Considering the holidays of late Nov and Dec., I believe the above trial dates are reasonable to assume.
