My two cents analysis is that:
-Many are loaded here as they bought, bought again and again so what is needed, is new buyers.
-This is why you have guys spreading the words on IH
-But when they check, they see: lack of volume and big ask so they adopt a wait and see attitude = new followers

The buying interest for a stock is like clients for a restaurants:
sometimes you have "trendy" restaurants with bad food that are full and very good restaurants empty. Why?
I am sure you make the experience once in your life: you are in another country, looking for a restaurant and you go for the one with people inside thinking "must be good" and avoid the one with just a few people "must be bad" even after having read the nice menu on the door (nice food and cheap prices)
