Ziploc .. I never said their response was far from satisfactory. I didn't feel that way at all, but then I tend to manage my expectations in situations like this based on my experience. One thing is for sure, I made some strong statements in that report but, as you can tell, I didn't burn any bridges in the process.
It is all about the process, not the message itself. So you thought my process yielded nothing of value. Fair enough, I can understand why you might feel that way. Like I said, I'm happy to take a seat in the stands now and watch how someone else tries to get something accomplished without doing more harm than good.
