He isn't CEO of Flint, he's CFO, Corporate Secretary and Chairman of the Board. I'm guessing Bernard Fried is CEO.

Something does not seem right. FLTT is selling off assets to pay off creditors and preffered holders, Vince may have jumped ship...does that open up the possibility of a BK for FLTT?

Not CEO, but rather Chairman. I flashed on
it initially, but didn't give it much thought and
now it appears that the terminology may be
the critical element.

I just got in and haven't read the rest of the

CEO and Chairman. Clearly there is. LOL
