Watch out for those foreign taxes. Some countries will fore go the foreign tax if you put in a sheltered account like an IRA. Others will mop the floor with you.

Then also, you can fall victim to the Euro problems in general and crap like what the Washington Post put out 2 hours ago, had my eye on YPF for a while to pick up as a bargain:
