That was the consequence of the convertible notes by Asher Enterprise and their lovely financing deals...

That is the only reason why the shre price dropped all the way from 30 cents...dumping of the converted shares at low prices to reload more shares at cheaper prices all the way till december when the biggest load increased the float to the full 300 million shares... Cheap prices then and now but not for long if you can see the latest changes...
