Well said, TL had claimed FG owed him $600K. So I thought that was enough incentive for him to drive the reorg. Plus, I thought, he wanted to merge FG to Relief Gold, essentially making his new company public. But I guess the pressure from GAC and his civil suit was enough for him to close shop.

~35M to 45M NOLs out the window.
