ifffff....this becomes a "clean shell"....you, me and all the current shareholders will be reversed into oblivion.....

we add NO value to a shell....we simply increase the size of the float....and, to that extent, interfere with the new owners ability to maximize equity financing (the reason for a publicly traded company)......

so, based on your own advice....get rid of your shares now while you think they heve "little value"....because once this becomes a clean shell for sale, your shares will be (in total) a couple of dollars more than worthless.....

I'm in same camp. Although I'd be happy with .10 and $4 could be dreaming BUT who knows
