Every time someone sells shares here, folks are going to scream dilution. Ed needs to wake up and get a new TA.

Perhaps Terry Sylvan can take a break from his non-stop work on SEGI PRs to call up a few TAs. Shop around a bit. Probably save the company some money in the process.

Then again, I wonder how low this seller is going to try to take this. Mkt cap sitting at $1.2mm -- maybe 10% more if Ed was foolish enough to issue more shares. I'll buy more if this gets too low, but until I sense that Ed is learning from his errors I'm going to need to see even lower prices before I buy.

You think only 815K volume is a sell off or dilution.

Please re-read my post, where I said the stock is down over 50% in the 14 or so months I have watched it. Yesterday doesn't appear to be an outlier event to this point.
