From my last conversation with Ken.He was trying to get the share divvy completed.For every 4 shares of KATX you owned you got 1 free share of the new company stock,symbol BVIG.Ive been waiting since 2010 for these free shares.Thats when the record date was set.He said he wasnt planning on doing much until that was done and over with.He wants to get it put behind him before he moves the company forward.Glad Gary gets to walk further today.I just got done playing Easter Bunny and loading up the baskets getting them ready for tomorrow.
