Hi Louisa,
IMO it is a good sign that he is Acquiring and not disposing of shares.
I have a feeling that ACT has a lot going on (all good), keeping it to them self for the right time to release the info.
I just have this feeling. I hope I am right.

The reason we are stagnant now because the old luggage they have in the trunk…once we get rid of them...we should move north according to plan.
