Hard for PHAR to uplist, in reality it doesnt even exist anymore.
NEWS big small tiny huge are in fact just a play.
Seen pinks that are scamming people trade high volumes that dont have an office, dont answer phones, never update web material, dont have a product to sell, do not file anything but trash .
So getting real deep to indicate uplisting posible unless you can find an auditor that can lie like a dog. Would check with DM for one but he burned so many bridges behind him now.
