You mean not a Global Lock? If so you are correct, but ATTD is in fact under a pretty significant chill, they were exited out of CNS and the security has been designated Trade for Trade, they lost access to the majority of DTC services available.

Unlike say a DWAC chill in which their is no notice, slight issue in trading as TDA sometimes will not trade a DWAC chill, but none the less not much effect as compared to an exit from CNS and T4T designation.
