Richard Greenblatt, Vice President Sales, LED lighting division Richard has over 40 years of automotive dealership experience, with industry contacts throughout the United States. He will lead the sales team in developing the conversion of the automotive dealership market to the use of high efficiency LED technology in both indoor and outdoor lighting. Richard said "LED lighting can save up to 60% of the Showroom floor and outdoor Lot lighting electric costs, which yield a payback of less than 3 years on the conversion capital investment. Monthly savings in electric costs will recover the cost of financing and return additional monthly cash, with 100% of the electric bill savings adding to profits at the end of the three year payoff
The company is particularly enthused about its new product line offering - High Efficiency LED Lites for retrofit in existing outdoor installations," said company CEO Donald MacIntyre. "We're a in the process of retrofitting shopping mall parking lots, industrial complex parking lots and automotive dealerships with energy saving LED fixtures. By utilizing existing fixtures, housings and poles and replacing internal light bulbs and electronics with High Efficiency LED Lites proprietary LED retrofit kits, we minimize the installation cost and reduce energy consumption by up to 60%. Green Energy is still in its infancy, and we're excited about becoming a leader in this growth industry."
With distribution and installation agreements already in place, the company offers solar and LED installation for both residential and commercial applications around the country. Talks are up-coming with several Native American entities for systems to meet their needs, and plans are underway to bid competitively for governmental contracts.

Photovoltaics (PV) or solar cells as they are often called, are semiconductor devices that convert sunlight into direct current (DC) electricity. Groups of PV cells are electrically configured into modules and arrays, which can be used to charge batteries, operate motors, and to power any number of electrical loads. With the appropriate power conversion equipment, PV systems can produce alternating current (AC) compatible with any conventional appliances, and can operate in parallel with, and interconnected to, the utility grid.
Cells, Modules, and Arrays Photovoltaic cells are connected electrically in series and/or parallel circuits to produce higher voltages, currents and power levels. Photovoltaic modules consist of PV cell circuits sealed in an environmentally protective laminate, and are the fundamental building blocks of PV systems. Photovoltaic panels include one or more PV modules assembled as a pre-wired, field-installable unit. A photovoltaic array is the complete power-generating unit, consisting of any number of PV modules and panels.
Mr. MacIntyre has nine inventions, co-patents to his credit probably more. You'll notice not only hermetic wafer integration (sealed vacuum pressure) but also patents in Arrays...How the surface reacts on contact...
MARKET & BARRIERS TO ENTRY: PV SOLAR TRACKING MAINTAINS 80% MARKET SHARE According to the European Photovoltaic Industry Association (EPIA) sees cumulative PV installations quadrupling by 2015. http://optics.org/news/2/5/6 Disadvantages Solar tracking systems are used to continually orient photovoltaic panels towards the sun. The sun's position in the sky will change gradually over the course of a day and over the seasons throughout the year. Cons: costly licensed algorithims, software, computers and several axis drive motors....all neccessary to keep the solar panels in alignment with the sun. Costly and reduces efficiency.
What are the realized gains for Solar Tracking: In theory, the additional output yield is in the order of 25-30% but the upfront cost is approximately 25% and the additional maintenance and replacement costs can be significant. Disadvantages of Solar Tracking: 1.Extent of cloud cover – with (heavily) cloudy days reducing the effectiveness of the panels (which then operate mostly from diffused instead of direct sunlight) and producing little advantage from the use of a tracker. 2.Reliability of tracking system – the system must be able to reliably “track” the sun and, for example, not be falsely triggered by the reflection of the sun off a cloud. 3.Placement of system – solar trackers can be used most effectively in areas with low horizons and locations that are shade free from dawn to dusk each day.
By adding moving equipment and electronics to an otherwise simple and long-lasting system, a solar tracked system increases the upfront cost substantially – by approximately 25%. In addition, a solar tracked system involves: 1.Repairs and maintenance – solar-tracked system requires regular maintenance. If the solar-tracked system breaks down when the solar panels are at an extreme angle, the loss of production until the system is again functional can be substantial. 2.Damage in a storm – a solar-tracked system is more likely to be damaged in a storm, depending on the angles of the solar panels at the time of the storm.

CTCC/STEP: THE TECHNOLOGY "It also has proprietary technology that promises to be the future of the industry." "The company is particularly enthused about its adaptation for terrestrial use of solar generators previously used only in space applications," said company CEO Donald MacIntyre. "We're also in the process of patenting a system that captures off-angle solar energy without the use of a tracking device that will allow much more efficient and inexpensive generation of solar power. Green Energy is still in its infancy, and we're excited about becoming a leader in this growth industry." http://finance.yahoo.com/news/City-Capital-Corporation-iw-645937422.html?x=0
2/7 COMPANY RESPONSE CTCC/STEP CEO: Our Technology"On the SOLAR side we will have a patent that will have a 30% to 50% efficiency increase over the current silicon based Solar panels. The patent is already being filed as we speak. This is huge and industry changing PATENT.
