Really Lack, did that seed company 5 years ago announce the test plot and MOU with the customer and named it publicy then announce a new BOD member and then then did the secret testing with a pr saying they are doing it but can't give any details publicly.

or did the just do it in secret the whole way through? Waiting until all testing was done before announcing anything.

Looks to me today based on how the PR was written is that Dr.K is having the problem proving what he is saying.

If they wanted this quiet, it would have never been disclosed in the first place. This "test plot" was first announced almost a year ago, and everyone knew it was coming.

If the "MOU" was cancelled, voided, or expired, then VSPC has no legal obligation to disclose that, just like the other FAILED MOU's.
