You are exactly right about this company's leaders. They responded to my email a couple months ago asking when the yearly report, which seemed late, was going to be posted. The response, which wasn't an answer at all, said "By SEC requirement, we have until 1/31/2012 to file our annual report." That was their way of avoiding my question. Their past connection to the car sales business seems obvious. I regret having invested in this stock, which I believe is run by people of questionable ethics. Live and learn.
