According to a post a few weeks back, I understood this (DTC chill) was taken care of back then.

I call it SHORTY in action causing problems and helping get extortion fees for the DTC and or OTC. Both for profit organizations, fee driven. Look at the thousaunds of stocks on the Chill list..

Shorty shows up and says hey, I have a huge short problem in MMTC and they are about to run huge on DATA FROM that BOSSMAN, ROCKET MAN has been defending that we shorties can't stand for one minute.., what say I grease your palms some under the table and file a BS complaint and we get the DTC CHILL GOIN-ON!! BRA!! Sounz good, you da man!

Thus, we have TDa and others looking out for shorty! imo
